摘  要:电解铜废水主要含有Cu2+、Pb2+、Zn2+、Cd2+、Ni2+等离子,对人类健康和环境危害很大。因此,研究对电解铜废水进行处理的方法十分必要。本文用乙基黄药处理电解铜废水,研究结果表明:在废水pH=6.6的条件下,乙基黄药(10%)投加量20.0 mL/L,快搅时间1.5min,慢搅时间10 min时Cu2+、Pb2+、Zn2+、Cd2+、Ni2+的去除率均可达到95%,处理后废水中重金属残留浓度均达到了国家污水综合排放标准(GB8978-2002)的允许排放浓度或一级标准。对所产生的乙基黄药重金属螯合物进行的稳定性研究指出,在pH=9时,乙基黄药的重金属螯合物中Cu2+、Pb2+、Zn2+的泄漏量均为0,Cd2+的泄漏量为0.8×10-3mg/g,Ni2+的泄漏量为14.2×10-3mg/g,处理后的污泥稳定性好,对环境无二次污染。乙基黄药具有pH应用范围广、操作简单、处理成本低、效果稳定等优点,在重金属废水治理中具有良好的应用前景。Copper electrolytic wastewater, which contains various ions, such as Cu^2+, Ph^2+, Zn^2+, Cd2+, Ni^2+, is harmful to human health and environment, and thus study on the treatment of this wastewater is necessary. In this paper, copper electrolysis wastewater was treated by ethyl xanthate. The results indicated that the removal rate of Cu^2+, Pb^2+ ,Zn^2+ ,Cd^2+ and Ni^2+can reach 95% ,at the pH of 9 ,with ethyl xanthate( 10% ) dosage of 20.0 mL/L,the fast stirring time of 1. 5 minutes and the slow stirring time of 10 minutes. Additionally, the quality index of the wastewater after treatment was in accordance with the allowable value or the first level of integrated wastewater discharge standard(GB8978-2002). The research on the stability of the heavy metal chelate demonstrated that at the pH of 9, the leakage of CU2+ ,Pb^2+and Zn^2+was about 0mg/g, Cd^2+ was about 0.8×10^-3mg/g, Ni^2+ was about 14.2× 10^-3mg/g from the heavy metal chelates with ethyl xanthate. The sludge after treatment was stable and had no secondary pollutionto the environment. Theheavy metal chelatingagent ethyl xanthate has a widepHrange of applications, simple operation, lowcosts of processing, stable efficiencyand so on, which leads to a good prospective applica- tion in the treatment of heavy metal wastewater.
