普通冰箱冷冻保存对血清蛋白电泳结果的影响研究

摘　　要：目的研究普通冰箱冷冻（-20℃）保存对血清标本电泳测定结果的影响。方法收集15例标本后分为3份采用毛细管电泳技术进行蛋白电泳，先测定1份，另两份分别于普通冰箱冷冻（-20℃）保存2周和4周后测定。结果3次蛋白电泳测定结果经SAS软件方差分析统计处理，在清蛋白、α1、α2、β1、β2、γ6个区带的蛋白质的3次测定结果之间差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论血清标本在普通冰箱冷冻（-20℃）保存4周，蛋白电泳结果的变化无统计学意义。Objeetive To research the influence of ordinary refrigerator preservation （--20 ℃） on the deter- mination of serum samples electrophoresis. Methods A set of samples was divided into three parts, one of which was detected by capillary electrophoresis, and the other two parts were detected after 2 or 4 weeks of preservation in ordinary refrigerator freezer （--20℃）. Results There were no significant differences between the three results of pro tein detection including albumin,α1、α2、β1、β2、γ6 and gamma （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Preservation of serum sam- ples in ordinary refrigerator freezer （--20 ℃ ） for four weeks might not significantly change the results of protein electrophoresis.
