摘　　要：针对城镇化推进速度快、能源资源消耗高和环境污染加剧的现状,发展低碳环保、低能耗的绿色建筑显得格外重要。政府和市场要采取切实必要的干预措施,使绿色建筑在我国建筑市场上能够得到推广实施,以解决我国能源资源紧张和环境质量的恶化的问题。For the advance of urbanization fast,high consumption of energy resources and environmental pollution exacerbate the current situation,the development of low-carbon environmental protection,low-power green building is particularly important.Government and the market should take effective interventions necessary to make green buildings in the promotion of China＇s construction market has been implemented to solve our high consumption of energy resources and the deterioration of environmental quality issues.
