摘 要:通过浸渍法负载Fe,Cr,Cu,Mn等过渡金属组分,制备以活性炭为载体的低温、廉价、高效的负载型催化剂,用于SCR脱硝.实验研究了活性组分、负载量、反应温度、氧气含量、表观流速等不同参数对催化剂脱硝效率的影响.结果表明,Mn的活性比Cu,Cr以及Fe的活性大,能更好地促进催化剂的催化脱硝;多组分催化剂催化脱硝效率要比单组分的脱硝效率高;活性炭载体上负载8%的Mn,Cu,Cr,Fe时,催化剂脱硝效率最佳;在一定氧气含量下,催化剂脱硝效率要比无氧时的脱硝效率高;在所制备的以活性炭为载体的负载型催化剂中,8Mn-8Fe/AC催化剂性能最稳定,催化脱硝效率最佳.The new impregnated catalyst with low temperature,low cost and high efficiency was prepared for SCR denitration by choosing activated carbon as support and impregnating Fe,Cr,Cu,Mn and other transition metal components w ith impregnation method.The influence of different parameters,such as active components,impregnated quantity,reaction temperature,oxygen concentration,superficial velocity and so on,on the efficiency of SCR of NOx w ere studied experimentally.The results show that the activity of Mn is superior to those of Cu,Cr and Fe,and is better to promote the catalytic removal of NOx.The NOx removal efficiency of multi-component catalyst is higher than that of single-component one.When the activated carbon are impregnated w ith 8% Mn,Cu,Cr and Fe,the NOx removal efficiency of the catalyst reaches the highest level.The NOx removal efficiency under certain oxygen content is higher than that under oxygen-free condition.And the catalyst 8Mn-8Fe/AC has the most stable performance and the highest NOx removal efficiency in all impregnated catalysts prepared by this paper.
