摘  要:武汉市二环快速通道跨京广铁路桥,桥面为渐变双边箱预应力混凝土箱梁,最大悬浇节段重达903.1 t,采用千吨位三角挂篮,设计承载能力1 000 t,为特大型后锚点三角挂篮。通过其施工挂篮的设计方案、施工工艺及效果的描述,重点论述千吨三角挂篮的构造、安装以及预压等施工工艺。该千吨位三角挂篮设计及施工,对同类桥梁悬臂浇筑施工具有一定的借鉴价值。The 2nd ring expressway of Wuhan City crosses Beijing-Guangzhou railway bridge and its deck adopts gradually-changing bilateral prestressed concrete box beams, whose is as heavy as 903.1t. Kiloton triangular traveling carriage with a design and such traveler is a super large back-anchorage triangular traveling scheme, construction process and effect of the traveling carriage, key construction processes, such Design and construction of concrete pouring construction maximum suspension pouring segment bearing capacity of 1000t is adopted carriage. After description of design discussion is made on the following as structure, installation and prepressing of kiloton triangular traveling carriage. the kiloton triangular traveling carriage provide certain references for cantilever of similar bridge.
