主次梁高强螺栓连接节点偏心距取值研究

摘  要:对于主次梁采用高强螺栓连接的铰接节点,在不考虑主梁扭转影响的情况下,目前对连接螺栓设计时偏心距的取值偏大。通过对该连接节点的理论分析及有限元计算,得到了更为合理的偏心距取值,有效减少了高强螺栓的数量,简化了节点构造,节省了工程造价。同时对该连接节点进行了试验研究,验证了该偏心距取值的合理性,为该类铰接节点的连接螺栓设计提供了依据。According to the primary and secondary beam joints with high strength bolted connection, the value of the eccentricity is too large at present design if the torsional effect to the primary beam doesn't be considered. According to the theory analysis and finite element calculation on the joints, the more reasonable value for the eccentricity is got. It can reduce the numbers of the high strength bolts, simplify the joints" construction and save the construction cost. The experiment results of the joints prove that the reasonable value for the eccentricity is right. It provides a reference for high strength bolts" design in engineering projects.
