^(99m)Tc-DTPA肾图在泌尿系梗阻性疾病诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨各种泌尿系疾病患者的99mTc-DTPA肾图图形改变的特点。方法回顾性分析172个99mTc-DTPA肾图结果。将一侧或两侧肾或输尿管、膀胱、前列腺疾病等归为病变组,另侧肾或输尿管无异常归为正常组。采用SPSS13.0统计学软件进行病变组和正常组的异常时间—放射性活度曲线(肾图)发生率的统计分析。结果病变组异常肾图的发生率显著高于正常组。结石、轻度积水等多表现为急剧上升型和高水平延长线型肾图;严重积水或肾功能严重受损、肾发育不全或萎缩、缺失等则多表现为低水平延长线型和低水平递降型肾图。结论 99mTc-DTPA肾图可灵敏地反映尿路梗阻程度,为临床选择治疗方法等提供客观指标。Objective To investigate the characteristics of the 99mTc-DTPA renography in patients with different urinary system diseases.Methods The data of 172 cases of unilateral 99mTc-DTPA renography was retrospectively analyzed.The cases with unilateral or bilateral renal or ureter,bladder and prostate gland disease were classified as disease group,and the cases with normal unilateral renal or ureter were classified as control group.The SPSS.13 software was used for statistical analysis.Results The incidence of abnormal renography in disease group was significantly higher than that in control group.Calcuhis and mild degree hydronephrosis always showed steep and steadily rising curves or high flat lines.Serious hydronephrosis,renal insufficiency,renal agenesis or atrophy and lack of renal always showed low flat lines or straight line of low level falls gradually.Conclusion The 99mTc-DTPA renography has a higher sensitivity in assessing the urinary tract obstruction degree,and provides objective index for clinical treatment.
