摘 要:目的考察川芎挥发油在PEG400和甘油中的稳定性。方法采用恒温加速试验法,以川芎挥发油主要成分藁本内酯的含量变化为指标,根据Arrhenius指数定律计算川芎挥发油在以上两种基质中的保留期。结果在PEG400、甘油中川芎挥发油主要成分藁本内酯的含量变化均为一级动力学过程,室温(25℃)时的保留期分别为t10.9=88.0h,t20.9=116.1h。结论川芎挥发油的保留期较短,说明其在PEG400和甘油中的稳定性均不理想。OBJECTIVE To study the stability of chuanxiong volatile oil in PEG400 and glycerin. METHODS Classical constant temperature acceleration method was applied with the content change of ligustilide which is the main component of chuanxiong volatile oil as an index. The retention periods of volatile oil in the above two matrixeswere calculated on base of Arrhenius. RESULTS The content changes of ligustilide in PEG400 and glycerin were 1 both in line with the first-order kinetics, and the retention periods at room temperature (25 ℃ ) were t0.9 = 88. Oh, t^20.9 = 116. l h. CONCLUSION Retention periods of ehuanxiong volatile oil is very short,which means its stabilities in PEG400 and glycerin are not ideal.
