复方丹参片与复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病的药物经济学分析

摘　　要：目的探讨两种复方丹参制剂治疗冠心病的药物经济学效果。方法采用文献回顾的方式进行药物经济学评价,将88例冠心病患者随机分成两组,分别口服复方丹参片与复方丹参滴丸治疗,疗程均为4周,观察疗效并进行药物经济学评价。结果复方丹参片组总有效率为75%,复方丹参滴丸组为93%,复方丹参片组成本-效果比为0.19,复方丹参滴丸组为1.82。结论虽然复方丹参滴丸疗效优于复方丹参片,但复方丹参片具有较好的成本-效果比。OBJECTIVE Two kinds of compound danshen preparations which were to cure coronary heart dis- ease were discussed based on their pharmaeoeconomies effect. METHODS For evaluate of pharmaeoeconomies based on a review of related literatures, 88 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups, each of them were orally of compound danshen tablets and compound danshen dripping pills, the treatment of all were four weeks, observe the effect then discuss their pharmaeoeconomies effect. RESULTS The total effective rate of the group of compound danshen tablets was 75% and the group of compound danshen dripping pills was 93% ,the cost-effectiveness of the group of compound danshen tablet was 0. 19 and the group of compound danshen dripping pill was 1.82. CONCLUSION Although the treatment effect of compound danshen dropping pill is higher than compound danshen tablet, compound danshen tablet with better cost-effectiveness than compound danshen drop- ping pill.
