摘 要:将RuCl3和羟乙基纤维素(HEC)在水溶液中形成HEC-Ru(Ⅲ)络合物,采用络合浸渍法制备了HEC-Ru/Al2O3催化剂,并以RuCl3水溶液采用传统浸渍法制备了Ru/Al2O3催化剂作为参比。采用H2-TPR,XRD,SEM,EDS,TEM等方法对两种催化剂进行了表征,并考察了两种催化剂的CO甲烷化性能。实验结果表明,与传统浸渍法制备的Ru/Al2O3催化剂相比,采用络合浸渍法制备的HEC-Ru/Al2O3催化剂提高了贵金属Ru在载体表层的含量,HEC的存在抑制了Ru纳米粒子在载体表面的团聚,从而有效提高了HEC-Ru/Al2O3催化剂的催化性能。在常压、气态空速6 000 h-1、反应温度220℃的条件下,HEC-Ru/Al2O3催化剂上的CO转化率为100%,而传统浸渍法制备的Ru/Al2O3催化剂上的CO转化率仅为73.5%。Modified HEC-Ru/Al2O3 catalyst was prepared by complexing impregnation method with RuCl3 as the precursor and hydroxyethyl cellulose(HEC) as the complexing agent. A Ru/Al2O3 catalyst was prepared by impregnation method with RuCl3 solution. The catalysts were characterized by means of H2-TPR, XRD, SEM, EDS and TEM, and their catalytic performances in the methanation of CO were investigated. The results indicated that Ru contents on the surface of Al2O3 support increased and Ru aggregations were inhibited due to the presence of HEC in HEC-Ru/Al2O3 catalyst, which led to improvement of the catalytic activity. Under the conditions of atmospheric pressure, GHSV 6 000 h^-1 and reaction temperature 220 ℃, the CO conversion on HEC-Ru/Al2O3 catalyst reached 100% but that on Ru/Al2O3 catalyst was only 73.5%.
