摘 要:磁力驱动超重力机的转动设备由动密封转化为静密封,解决了超重力机的泄漏问题,将其用于炼厂气脱H2S的工业生产。工业应用结果表明,磁力驱动超重力机累计运行约35 000 h,不停车连续稳定运行时间超过18 000 h,实现了长周期稳定运行;脱H2S后的炼厂气中H2S的含量小于20 mg/m3;超重力机的操作弹性可达到1.75,硫负荷达到设计值的1.63倍;超重力机的脱硫选择性高,CO2吸收率仅为脱硫塔的1/9;超重力机的体积是脱硫塔的9.2%,质量是脱硫塔的6.2%;超重力机的综合能耗与脱硫塔基本相当。A magnetic driving high-gravity machine was used for the removal of H2S in relanery gas. Using magnetic driving technology, the mechanical seal was replaced by a static seal, which prevented the high pressure flammable and explosive gas leak. The industrial application results showed that during the total magnetic driving high gravity machine running for 35 000 h and the continuous running for more than 18 000 h, the operation was stable, the HzS content in the desulfurized gas was less than 20 mg/Nm^3, the operating flexibility reached 1.75, and the sulfur load was 1.63 times of the design value. Compared with conventional desulfurization tower, the selectivity of the high-gravity desulfurization was high and the absorption of CO2 is only 1/9 of the tower, the volume and mass of the high-gravity machine was 9.2% and 6.2% of the tower respectively, and its power consumption was equivalent to that of the tower.
