摘 要:利用筛选的5对特异性SSR引物对50份野生樱桃李种质进行PCR扩增,共检测到330条多态性带,利用SSR标记分析遗传多样性,发现野生樱桃李群体的多样性指数为0.1957,Shannon系数为0.3158,Gst基因分化系数为0.1395,表明野生樱桃李的遗传变异主要来自于天然群体内部。遗传相似度系数在0.9232~0.9823,说明野生樱桃李群体的遗传分化小。聚类分析结果表明,阿培英沟和庙尔沟天然群体的关系最为密切。The primers SSR were adopted to study 50 germplasm materials of Prunus divaricata, 330 polymorphic bands were detected with 5 pairs of primers.Analysis of genetic diversity based on SSR found that the primary genetic variations comes from the internal of Prunus divaricata natural populations and the diversity index, Shannon information index and gene differentiation coefficient were 0.1957,0.3158 and 0.1395.The genetic similarity within populations were between 0.9232 and 0.9823, these results showed that the genetic differentiation was small within Prunus divaricata natural populations,and the cluster a-nalysis found that there were the closest relationships between Apeiyinggou and Miaoergou natural popula-tions.
