广州大学城省属高校贷款风险的分析与防范

摘　　要：目前,广州大学城省属高校正步入还贷高峰期,能否按期还本付息的银行贷款风险是各高校面临的主要财务风险。试从融资成本的角度对现行的高校银行贷款额度控制与风险评价模型加以改进,力求更准确地对高校贷款风险进行分析和评估。结合广州大学城某高校的实际情况对其贷款风险进行测算与分析,在此基础上可找出有效防范高校贷款风险的相关举措。At present,the Guangzhou University City provincial universities are entering the peak period of repayment,the repayment of principal and interest to the bank loan risk is the main financial risk of universities. Try to improve the existing bank line of credit control and risk evaluation model from the perspective of financing costs,and strive to more accurately to the university loan risk analysis and as-sessment. Combined with the actual situation of Guangzhou University City College for calculation and analysis of its loan risk,relevant measures on this basis can find effectively prevent loan risks in Colleges and universities.
