丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液对冠心病合并高尿酸血症患者血尿酸、CRP及血液流变学变化的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液对冠心病合并高尿酸血症患者血尿酸、CRP及血液流变学变化的影响。方法:60例冠心病合并高尿酸血症患者随机分成对照组和观察组,每组30例,对照组给予冠心病常规治疗加服苯溴马隆,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠,连续用药3周。治疗前后检测血尿酸、CRP及血液流变学指标变化。结果:两组治疗后血尿酸水平均明显降低,两组间比较没有明显差异(P>0.05);两组治疗后CRP水平均明显降低,观察组效果较对照组明显(P<0.05);两组治疗后血液流变学指标均有改善,观察组作用较对照组显著(P<0.05)。结论:丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液可降低冠心病合并高尿酸血症患者的血尿酸浓度,同时可提高冠心病疗效。Objective:To observe the effect of sodium tanshinong IIA sulfonate injection on serum uric acid,CRP and hemorheology changes in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hyperuricemia.Methods:60 cases with cornary heart disease complicated with hyperuricemia were divided randomly into control and observing groups,each group contained 30 cases,control group was given benzbromarone on the basis of conventional therapy for coronary heart disease,observing group was given sodium tanshinong IIA sulfonate injection and conventional therapy for coronary heart disease,treatment lasted for 3 weeks.Serum uric acid,CRP and hemorheology changes were determined before and after treated.Results:Serum uric acid level was decreased in the two groups after treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups,serum CRP content was reduced in the two groups after treated,there was no significent difference between to the two groups,the hemorheology indexes were improved significantly,the effect of observing group was more obvious than that of control group.Conclusion:Sodium tanshinong IIA sulfonate injection can lower serum uric acid concentration,improve hemorheology changes,meanwhile raise the curative effect of coronary heart disease.
