摘  要:激光扫描共焦显微镜采用光电倍增管作微弱光信号的探测器,直接采集经过放大的光电倍增管的信号信噪比不能满足成像需求。为提高激光扫描共焦显微镜成像过程中光电倍增管信号的信噪比,设计了一种可控积分采样方法,对光电倍增管的输出信号进行像素时间的积分并采样,提高了采样信号的信噪比。在FPGA中实现了控制算法并应用到激光扫描共焦显微镜的扫描成像过程中,提高了共聚焦图像的信噪比,显著的增强了激光扫描共焦显微镜的成像质量。Photomultiplier tube is used as weak light signal detector in the laser scanning confocal microscopy and the signal-to-noise ratio of amplified output is not satisfied the needs of imaging. A switched integrator and sampling method is proposed to improve the signal-to-noise ratio of photomultiplier tube in laser scanning confocal microscopy. It integrates,in each pixel time, the output of the photomultiplier and samples at the end of pixel time. Its controlling algorithm is realized in FPGA and used in the scanning imaging process of laser scanning confocal microscopy. The signal-to-noise ratio of the image is improved and the image quality is enhanced.
