饮水澄清消毒剂灭活水中f_2噬菌体的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察一种饮水澄清消毒剂对水中f2噬菌体的灭活效果,为实际应用提供参考。方法采用烧杯法试验和悬液杀菌试验方法,对某饮水澄清消毒剂灭活水中f2噬菌体的效果及影响因素进行了评价。结果饮水澄清消毒剂在有效氯含量10 mg/L作用5 min条件下,能有效灭活水中f2噬菌体达到100%。pH值、水温及色度对该饮水澄清剂灭活噬菌体的效果无明显影响。结论该饮水澄清消毒剂可以有效灭活水中f2噬菌体,消毒后水符合饮用水标准的要求。Objective To observe the inactivation efficacy of clarifier - disinfectant for drinking water to bacteriophage f2 and to provide guidance for practical application. Methods Suspension germicidal test and beaker test were used to evalu- ate the disinfection efficacy and the influencing factor of clarifier - disinfectant for drinking water. Results The inactiva- tion rate of bacteriophage f2was 100% when the available chlorine elaxifier -disiugectant for drinking water was 10mg/L for 5 min. The inactivation efficacy was not affected by pH value, water temperature and chromaticity obviously. Conclusion The clarifier - disinfectant for drinking water can inactivate the bacteriophage f2 effectively. The water disinfected by the clarifier - disinfectant for drinking water can meet the requirement of the health standards for drinking water （ GB 5749 - 2006）.
