医务人员手卫生状况调查

摘　　要：目的了解医护人员手卫生状况,以便加强手卫生质量管理。方法采用回顾性调查方式,对北京某医院在岗医务人员手消毒效果和手卫生依从性状况进行监测。结果在2009-2011年期间,对该医院临床一线医务人员手共采样检测132人次,手卫生质量总合格率为76.52%。医生手卫生质量合格率为63.69%,护士手合格率为80.65%,均未检出致病菌和耐药菌株。护士洗手依从率为24.14%,医生洗手依从率为8.33%。结论该院医务人员手卫生质量合格率较低,手卫生措施依从性较差,应当重点加强管理。Objective To investigate the hand hygiene situation of medical staff in order to carry out supervision of hand hygiene. Methods Retrospective investigation was used to monitor the hand hygiene disinfection effect and compliance of a hospital in Beijing. Results From Jan 2009 to Dec 2011, 132 medical staff who worked at clinical lot were analyzed. The total qualified rate was 76. 52%, the qualified rate of hand hygiene of doctors was 63.69%, and it was 80. 65% for nur- ses. Pathogenic bacteria and antibiotic - resistant bacteria were not found. Hands washing compliance rate for nurses is 24. 14% , 8. 33% for doctors, no statistical difference between them. Conclusion The hand hygiene qualify rate and the hand washing compliance rate are low. We should strengthen the management.
