摘  要:开展从废催化剂熟料溶出粗液中直接加氟盐提取钒的技术研究,并在工业中应用,采用两段降温、两段提取的方法,钒的提取率达到了95%以上,粗液提钒得到的湿钒盐五氧化二钒的含量在5%~15%。粗钒盐的提纯宜采用弱碱性铵盐沉淀法。The extracting vanadium technology with adding fluorides in the sinter pregnant liquor from spent eatalysts was studied,and applied to the industry. The method of two - stage decreasing temperature and two - stage extracting was used, which the extracting vanadium rate was reached to more than 95 %, and the V20s content from the pregnant liquor by extracting vanadium was 5 % - 15 %, then the weakly alkaline ammonium precipitation was used for purifying green vanadate
