摘　　要：本文通过对项目周边石灰石矿的探查、石灰石煅烧工艺的对比、煅烧设备的选型、燃料的选择、石灰石煅烧模拟试验等多个方面对比及试验,得出了适合高铝粉煤灰预脱硅-碱石灰烧结法工艺路线的煤气并流煅烧石灰石工艺,并初步选择了麦尔兹石灰窑,并提出了解决窑气二氧化碳浓度低的技术路线和方案,为项目的石灰石煅烧提供设备及工艺选型依据,并可在后续项目中推广应用。Basod on exploration informations of circumference limestone calcinations, comparing with limestone calcining process, selection of calcining e- quipment, fuel selection and simulation test of limestone calcining, the limestone calcining process with gas eocurrent flow and Maerz lime kiln were select- ed, which was suitable for Pre - desilication - soda - lime sintering process for high alumina ash. The method to solve problems of low CO2 concentration in kiln gas was proposed to provide selection basis of equipment and process for the project and could be popularized and applied in the subsequent project.
