摘　　要：在泛在信息环境下,面对知识信息源表现形式、传播载体的日益多样化,图书馆单一、被动的书籍文献采购与知识信息资源建设方式已经不能适应形势的要求。通过建立活态信息吸纳机制,图书馆可以实现主动参与知识信息生产、传播的目的,这种知识信息建设方式可以有效弥补现行书籍文献采购方式的不足,对于建设特色资源、吸引读者和用户、提高图书馆服务效益有着重要的现实意义。Under the ubiquitous information environment,in the face of increasingly diversified expression form and communication carrier of knowledge and information source,library’s single and passive books and literatures purchasing mode and knowledge information resources construction method can not adapt to the requirements of the situation. Through the establishment of living information absorbing mechanism,library can achieve active participation in knowledge and information production and dissemination. Such a knowledge and information construction method can effectively compensate for the shortages of the books and literatures purchasing mode. This knowledge and information construction method has important practical significance on constructing special resources,attracting readers and users,and improving the effectiveness of library service.
