摘　　要：从数量指标、年代分布、地区分布、论文作者、论文被引情况、核心期刊发文和论文类型等7个方面对我国青年工作院校图书馆2002—2011年发表的论文情况进行了统计分析,阐述了青年工作院校存在的主要问题,提出了推动青年工作院校发展的建议。This paper makes the statistical analysis on the scientific research papers published by the libraries of youth work institutions from 2002 to 2011 from seven aspects of the quantitative index, years distribution, regional distribution, author, citation, core periodical papers, and paper types, etc., expounds some main problems existing in youth work institutions, and puts forward some suggestions on promoting the development of youth work institutions.
