摘　　要：结合国内外转化医学的实践经验和案例,探讨了转化医学的实施路径及相关因素,提出转化医学的实施需要以形成满足疾病诊疗需求的应用型成果为目标,以重大基金项目为牵引的跨学科协作为驱动,以高水平医学科研机构组成的转化中心为平台,以临床科学家组成的转化团队为关键力量,以协作共享为基础的合理运行机制作为保障。According to the domestic and oversea experiences and cases of translational medicine practices, we discussed the implement route and related factors on translational medicine. It is considered to focus on implementing achievement, get great funds as the driving, put up translational center assembled by high level medical scientific research institutes, build up translational teamwork whose member are clinic scientists and establish appropriate running mechanism when doing translational medicine practices.
