摘　　要：当前,医患关系处于十分敏感的非常时期,预防科室临床风险的发生,降低医疗纠纷投诉率,保障正常的医疗工作有序地进行就显得尤为重要。天津市第一中心医院参照国际临床风险管理模式,结合医院的特点进行大胆创新,不断完善确立了临床风险三时段自查报告工作流程,并通过有效的监督手段予以落实,有效降低了临床风险。Under the environment of strained hospital patient relationship, it is important to prevent clinical risk. decrease medical dispute complain and assure normal medical service provision. Refen＇ed by international clinical risk management mode and co,nbined with hospital characters, Tianjin the First Central Hospital innovated clinical risk 3 sessions self checking system process and effectively implelneoted to assure decreasing clinical risk.
