摘　　要：本研究着眼解决医院员工岗位行为管理中的突出问题,运用系统论和行为论的方法,构建由岗位体系、职责体系、行为监测指标体系构成,覆盖医院全领域、岗位划分清晰、员工职责明确、行为管理可控的医院员工岗位行为标准体系,并在实践中进行了初步应用,取得了较好的管理效果。According to the prominent problems on staff post behavior management, by the methods of system theory and behavior theory, a full coverage, clear position statement, clear staff responsibility and controllable hospital staff post behavior standard system which involves position system, responsibility system and behavior monitoring system is created and primarily implemented.
