摘  要:笔者结合自身学习及工作体会,对公立医院领导任用管理改革,提出了一些看法。认为应取消公立医院行政级别,制订公立医院院长准入标准,院长在一定区域范围内公开竞争上岗,并加强对其监督、考核、激励和约束,建立院长退出交流机制。同时副院长应由院长"组阁",医院党委书记、副书记应由医院党员选举产生。Based on the authors' working experience, some comments on public hospital leadership reform were presented. The main views include removing the administrative ranking of public hospital, making admission standards of public hospital president. Public hospital president should be open selection in some areas and strengthening regulation, assessment, incentive and constraint, building president's exit mechanism. The vice presidents should be selected by president, but the secretary and vice secretaries should be voted by hospital party members of CPC.
