基于云平台的现代化医院综合管理系统的构建

摘　　要：介绍了国内外医院综合管理系统的发展现状与趋势,从医院管理的角度,提出通过整合医院医疗、教学、科研、人力资源、学科建设、院科两级综合目标管理、后勤设备等信息资源,构建基于云技术平台的一体化的现代医院综合管理系统。认为此系统可改变传统的管理模式,提高医院的综合管理水平,促进医疗数据统计的信息化、自动化,消除信息孤岛,降低运营成本,提高医院绩效,提供决策支持。The status quo and trends of hospital integrated management system in China and abroad were introduced. In view of hospital management, cloud technology based integrated modern hospital management system could be constructed by integrating the information of medical service, teaching, research, human resources, discipline development, hospital level and department level integrated objectives management and materials and equipment. The integrated management system can change the existing management mode, improve hospital management, promote medical service data informatization, automation, remove information island, decrease operation cost, improve hospital performance and give evidences for decision making.
