医院药学服务与药师职能的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:通过对药物咨询问题的总结与分析,充分体现药师在临床工作中的职能作用,同时为药师职能的拓展提供素材和经验;通过对药师职能作用的阐述与分析,增强药师走向临床、服务临床、服务患者的意识和责任感。方法:随机抽取中国日友好医院1000例咨询问题样本,结合4家三甲医院相关数据进行分类汇总与对比分析。依据调查结果得出结论:医院药师的工作模式处于转型阶段,为患者提供药学服务,指导患者正确就医与合理用药,注重临床药师综合能力培养是非常必要的。Objectives： By summarizing and analyzing medicine consulting questions to full reflect the functions and roles of the pharmacist in clinical working, and provide the examples and experiences for expanding of functions and roles of pharmacist. By illustration and analysis of functions and roles of pharmacist, pharmacist＇s awareness and responsibilities on serving for clinical work and patient consider to be strengthened. Methods： 1000 cases of consulting questions in China-Japanese Friendship Hospital were sampled randomly. Compared with other 4 top tertiary hospitals＇ data, the data were analyzed. Conclusions： Hospital pharmacist＇s work is in the period of transition. It is necessary that clinical pharmacist serves for patient and guides patient to rational use drug and it is also necessary to training clinical pharmacist＇s general capacities.
