摘  要:最近一段时间,某工程机械制造企业A公司的张总忧心忡忡。由于工程机械行业行至低谷期,企业也瞬间进入寒冬,从上半年任务完成率来看,仅完成了全年度的40%,距离公司下达的营销指标还有很大的缺口。同时,代理商的月销量却在急剧下滑,这就导致代理商上半年积累的库存增加。The past, construction machinery industry marketing communication relies mainly on word of mouth communication is complete. But with the advent of the Internet, the situation began to appear, which not only changed the tools of communication from person to person, is more psychological and social groups to buy purchase behavior changes. The emergence of the Internet is a threat to existing businesses, but for some companies, it’s a great opportunity.
