摘  要:利用高压反应釜模拟了陕北某油田CO2驱油环境进行了不同温度和不同CO2分压3Cr和20#集输管线钢的腐蚀行为以及三种缓蚀剂对其缓蚀性能进行了研究,计算并对比了其腐蚀速率及缓蚀效率,分析了腐蚀产物膜表面形貌,对两种材质经济性能进行了对比。结果表明,相同CO2分压下,20#钢55℃时的腐蚀速率明显大于3Cr钢甚至接近3倍,但较低温度30℃时3Cr和20#钢的腐蚀速率较接近;咪唑啉缓蚀剂能较好控制CO2腐蚀;低合金钢3Cr相对于20#钢具有更显著的经济效益。Corrosion behavior of 3Cr and 20# pipeline steels and the inhibition efficiencies of three inhibitors were investigated by using the high pressure autoclave at various temperatures and CO2 partial pressures under simulated CO2 flooding environment. Corrosion rates and inhibition efficiencies of the samples were calculated and compared, and surface morphologies of corrosion product films were analyzed. At the same time, the economic performance of 3Cr and 20# pipeline steels were also compared. The results indicated that, at same CO2 partial pressure, corrosion rate of 20# was larger than that of 3Cr at 55 ℃, but corrosion rates of the two pipeline steels were close at 30℃ ; The imidazoline inhibitor could control CO2 corrosion; the low-alloy steel 3Cr had a more economic benefits relative to 20# steel.
