摘　　要：针对卫生局网站系统面临的主要风险和安全威胁,讨论了网站安全防护的安全目标,对网站系统的安全防护问题进行探讨,提出一套安全防护系统的设计和实施方案,并给出安全保障原则及安全管理措施。本方案能够有效加强网站系统的安全防护,指导卫生行业网站安全整改及网站安全定级备案工作。For the main risks and security threats faced by the website system of Health Bureau, objectives of safety protection of the website are discussed, safety protection problems of the website are discussed, a set of design and implementation proposal of safety protection system is provided, and safety principles and safety management measures are presented. This proposal can effectively strengthen the safety protection of website system, and guide the safety rectification and security classification record of website in the health industry.
