摘　　要：为了积极配合新医改中卫生信息化建设工程的实施,卫生部近年陆续召开了卫生信息标准符合性测试工作会议。2012年6月,卫生部电子健康档案和电子病历标准符合性测试工作正式启动。主要围绕健康档案信息标准符合性测试工作就符合性测试的方法进行研究。首先阐述了健康档案标准符合性测试的概念及开展这项工作的意义。然后从数据标准、共享文档、平台技术服务这三个方面的测试方法进行深入分析,并提出用例设计的基本思路及用例编写的方法。In order to actively cooperate with the implementation of the health informationization construction projects in the new Reform of Health Care System, the Ministry of Public Health in recent years held a series of conferences on standards compliance test of healthcare information. The Ministry of Public Health officially launched standards compliance test for electronic health record and electronic medical record in June 2012. This article mainly studies on methods of standards compliance test for electronic health records. First, it illustrates the concept of standards compliance for electronic health records and the significance of this work. Then, it digs deeply into the test methods about the data standards, share documents, platform services; and proposes the basic idea of the case design and methods of writing test cases.
