摘　　要：煤炭在我国能源体系中占据非常重要的地位,但煤炭生产很容易受瓦斯、煤质特性、地应力等因素的影响,从而产生各种安全事故。以计算机技术为基础的煤炭安全信息管理系统,对促进煤矿安全管理、提高企业应对安全事故的能力具有重要意义。Coal occupy a very important position in China＇s energy system, but coal production is very susceptible to gas, coal quality characteristics, and stress factors, resulting in a variety of safety accidents, therefore.
