摘　　要：煤矿工程建设是煤矿企业发展的基础,建设工程造价管理牵动着工程的实施和生产,为降低工程建设成本,实现建设目标,加强煤矿工程建设中的造价管理势在必行。本文从强化管理队伍素质、优化施工方案、过程控制等途径对煤矿建设工程造价管理进行研究,从而达到预期投资目标。Coal mine engineering construction is the foundation for the development of the coal mining enterprises,construction project cost management affects the implementation of the project and production, to reduce the onstruction cost , Achieve the construction goal , coal mine in the construction of engineering cost management is imperative This paper to strengthen the management team quality,＇ optimization of construction scheme, the way such as process control of coal mine construction project cost management research , so as to achieve expected investment obiectives.
