摘  要:分析了国内外甲醇生产发展状况,探讨了与人们生活息息相关的煤气化和天然气蒸汽转化的技术,结合我国丰富煤和天然气资源的优势,运用当前世界先进的流程模拟软件,对甲醇装置方案在设计上实现优化组合,将煤气化和天然气转化技术有机结合,以期达到节能减排和提高产品竞争力。在技术方案设计中,煤化工与天然气化工相融进行甲醇生产工艺的研究,优化合成气配比以满足甲醇合成要求,达到开辟能源综合利用的新思路。This paper analyzes the domestic and foreign development status of methanol production, closely linked with people's life of coal gasification and natural gas steam reforming technology, combining with the coal mine area is rich in coal and natural gas resources, use of the current world advanced process simulation software, the methanol plant programme in design implementation optimizes combination, coal gasification and natural gas reforming technology organic integration, to achieve energy -saving emission reduction, improving product competitiveness. In the technical scheme design, construction of coal chemical industry and chemical industry of natural gas of methanol production process integration, optimization of synthesis gas for methanol synthesis ratio to meet requirements, open up energy and new thinking of comprehensive utilization.
