摘　　要：在文献研究基础上总结了我国煤炭物流存在着几大弊端,通过煤炭物流与煤炭价格、煤炭价格与CPI的关系推导出煤炭物流对CPI有影响,发现众多研究者对煤炭物流规划或管理的研究存在着不足,从CPI角度出发,在文献基础上提出了煤炭物流规划的关键点为配送中心的组建,并且提出了2个能够对CPI起到稳定作用的关键问题:配送中心的规模和辐射范围、市场反应机制。Base on the prior literatures, this paper concludes several defects of China coal logistics, infers coal logistics effects CPI, and finds some drawbacks of most of research in coal logistics programming. Standing in CPI position, this paper puts forward that the key point of coal .logistics programming is to establish distribution center depending on the literatures, and analyzes two key problems that are the scale and scope of center service and the system of market reaction, which can stabilize CPI in logistics aspect.
