摘  要:本论文采用机械混合法结合二段氢气还原成功制备出稀土掺杂钨粉。还原后的稀土钨粉冷等静压压制成钨棒后,采用中频感应烧结法制备出稀土钨电极。实验结果表明,制备的稀土钨粉,由于稀土元素的存在,降低了钨粉的粒度。稀土元素以稀土氧化物的形式存在。与垂熔法相比,采用中频感应烧结后的钨棒机械加工性能优异。电极成品率提高了5%,能耗则降低了60%以上。并且制成电极后的焊接性能得到了进一步提高。Rare earth oxide doped tungsten powders have been prepared by mechanical mixing combined with two-step hydrogen reduction in this paper. Tungsten billets which were pressed by isostatic compaction method using the doped tungsten powders, were sintered by medium-frequency induction sintering. The experimental results show that RE elements distribute evenly in the doped powders. Comparing to vertical sintering process, the tungsten billets that sintered by medium-frequency induction sintering have the better machining property. The yield rate of electrode increased by 5%, where the energy consumption decreased more than 60%. The welding performance of the fabricated electrode is further improved.
