孔壁有序化介孔材料的制备及对甲苯吸附性研究

摘  要:采用脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(AES)与十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)在水溶液中自组装形成囊泡体系,以此制备了具有比表面积高达670 m2·g-1的介孔材料,并对该材料进行了孔壁的有序化处理。采用XRD,SEM,红外以及氮气吸附脱附表征后证明,经过有序化处理后的介孔硅材料孔壁部分有序化,高度有序的介孔结构得到了很好的保留。将活性炭、普通以及孔壁有序化的介孔材料对甲苯的穿透时间进行对比,对孔壁有序化介孔材料的甲苯吸附性能进行了评价。A vesicle system was formed by self - assembly using sodium ethoxy fatty alcohol sultate (AES) and cetyhrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) in aqueous solution. The vesicle system was used to prepare mesopore adsorbent material with specific surface area of 670 m2 ~ g-i Meanwhile, pore wall ordering treatment was carried out on the mesopore adsorbent material. The treated product was characterized by XRD, SEM, IR and nitrogen adsorption - desorption test. The characterization results showed that after the ordering treatment,part of the pore wall was ordered and the highly ordered mesopore walls were well retained. Comparison with respect to time intervals for toluene penetration through active carbon, common mesopore adsorbent material and ordering treated mesopore adsorbent material respectively were carried out;and toluene adsorption performance of the pore wall ordering treated mesopore adsorbent material was assessed.
