摘　　要：脂肪乳剂是浓缩的高能量肠外营养液,其不仅可为机体提供热量,而且还能防止体内必需脂肪酸的缺乏,在临床上可代替部分热量供给,提供营养支持,已成为人们的共识。脂肪乳剂是以微粒形式进入体内,在体内吸收、分布、代谢、排泄时受影响的因素较多。以下就含不同类型脂肪乳剂肠外营养液的稳定性及其影响因素作一综述,为临床合理使用脂肪乳剂提供参考。Lipid emulsion （LE） is a concentrated high-energy substrate, one part of total nutrient admixture, which can provide the body with energy and can prevent the essential fatty acid deficiency. Lipid emulsion based on particle form enters the body, and its distribution, absorption, metabolism, and excretion in the body are affected by many factors.
