摘  要:目的探讨颈前路减压治疗脊髓型颈椎病(CSM)的临床疗效及其对炎性细胞因子的影响。方法 160例CSM患者(A组),均接受颈前路减压手术及相应的对症治疗,于术前、术后行日本骨科协会(JOA)评分;检测炎性细胞因子IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平,并与10例健康人(B组)对照。结果 A组术后3d的JOA评分明显高于术前(P<0.05)。A组术前血清IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α水平均明显高于B组(P<0.05);术后3d均有明显下降(P<0.05)。结论颈前路减压治疗CSM可以明显改善患者的脊髓功能,同时可以有效降低参与CSM形成的炎性细胞因子水平。Objective To investigate the efficacy of anterior cervical spine decompression and its effect on inflammatory cytokines in patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy(CSM). Methods The anterior cervical spine decompression and related support therapy were performed in 160 patients with CSM (group A). Serum inflammatory cytokines IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-a were detected and compared to those in 10 healthy people(group B). JOA score was recoded before and after surgery. Results JOA score in group A was higher on the 3rd day after operation than that before(P〈0.05). Serum levels of IL-6,IL8 and TNF-a before operation were higher in group A than those in group B (P〈0. 05), which were significantly reduced on the 3rd day after operation. Conclusion The function of the spinal cord in the patients with CSM can be effectively improved by anterior cervical spine decompression, by which serum inflammatory cytokines related to CSM are reduced.
