摘 要:采用拉伸、冲击和弯曲试验机、光学显微镜以及透射电镜分析了B对微Ti处理低合金高强度钢性能的影响。结果表明,对比无B钢,加入9×10-6~15×10-6的B可使屈服强度和抗拉强度分别提高60 MPa以上,尤其对屈服强度提高更明显,且其冷弯性能和冲击韧性可满足Q345C~Q460C级别低合金高强度钢标准要求,但伸长率明显降低。无B钢组织以铁素体+珠光体为主,而含B钢金相组织为贝氏体+珠光体,并随着卷取温度的降低,组织逐渐细化。B的加入对TiN和TiC的析出无影响,但钢中微量Ti的存在对B的析出具有抑制作用。The effects of boron on the microstructure and properties of micro-Ti treated low alloy high strength steel were studied by tensile, impact and flexural testing machines, optical microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The results show that compared with the boron-flee steel, added 9 × 10-6-15 × 10-6 boron can make the yield and tensile strength of more than 60 MPa, especially, the improvement in yield strength of the steel is more obvious. The impact toughness and cold curvature of the samples can meet the standard requirements of Q345C -Q460C level low alloy high strength steel, but the elongation significantly reduces. The microstructure of boron-contained steel is composed of ferrite and pearlite. But the microstructure of boron-contained steel microstructure is composed of bainite and pearlite. With coiling temperature decreasing, the microstructure of the samples gradually refines. The precipitate of TiN and TiC is not effected by boron, however, adding titanium can affect the precipitation of boron.
