摘  要:研究了轴承钢GCr15细薄件在不同回火工艺下的性能。结果表明:回火温度对细薄件的硬度影响很明显,随回火温度的升高,硬度逐渐降低;同一温度下,硬度随回火时间的延长先降低然后趋向平稳,回火时间大于120min后,硬度基本不再变化;细薄件的强度随回火温度的升高先增大然后降低;在170℃回火强度达到最大值,抗拉强度可达666 MPa,硬度为735HV。GCr15细薄件在170℃回火后与国际先进的日本零件用钢相比,强度、弹性及硬度都有所提高,与国际领先的德国零件用钢相比,强度硬度接近,弹性略差。The properties of different tempering processes for GCrl 5 thin small parts were studied. The results show that tempering temperature has an obvious effect on the surface hardness of GCrl5 thin small parts. The surface hardness decreases significantly with the increase of tempering temperature. The surface hardness decreases first and then tends to steadiness with the change of tempering time, and when the tempering time is over 120 min, surface hardness varies little at the same testing tempering temperature. And the strength of GCrl5 thin small parts increases first and then decreases with the increase of temperature. In 170 ~C, tensile strength can reach 666 MPa, hardness is 735 HV. The strength, elasticity and hardness of GCrl 5 thin small parts is better than that of advanced international Japanese steel parts and closes to international leading German steel parts.
