摘 要:研究了热处理制度对TC4-DT准100 mm棒材的组织和力学性能影响。结果表明:单重退火下,棒材的显微组织为等轴的初生α+β转组织,且随退火的温度的升高,初生α相增加,含量达60%以上。双重退火下,棒材的显微组织为双态的α+β转组织,且随第一重退火温度的降低,初生α相增加,但初生的α相含量小于40%。双重退火的室温拉伸强度低于单重退火的室温拉伸强度。The effects of heat treatment on microstmcture and mechanical property of TC4-DT titanium ~bl00 mm bar were reaserched. The results show that the microstructure is equiaxed primary cx phase and transformed 13 phase under single annealing. Content of primary ot phase increases with the increase of annealing temperature, content of primary et phase is above 60%. Under double annealing, microstrueture consists of two-sate primary et phase and transformed 13 phase. Content of primary ct phase reduces with the increase of first annealing temperature, content of primary ct phase is not above 40%. Under room temperature, tensile intensity of equiaxed microstructure is higher than that of two-sate microstructure,
