摘  要:某尺寸为准273mm×22mm高压污水输送管于初次使用时发生开裂。为弄清开裂原因,对其进行了管体无损检测、管线材质分析、裂纹宏观形貌及微观形貌分析。结果表明:使用前输送管外表面已存在原始纵向裂纹,从而导致输送管有效厚度减小,承压能力降低,致使其在使用中发生脆性开裂。此外,此输送管材料韧性较低,对裂纹等缺陷较敏感,也是导致开裂的一个原因。A 20# steel Ф273mm ×22 mm high-pressure sewage pipeline cracked when it was used for the first time. To investigate the reason, the tests like non-destructive testing, material analysis, crack's macroscopic and microscopic morphology analysis were conducted on the pipe. The results show that there are longitudinal cracks on the outer surface of pipe before it is put into usage, which can reduce the effective thickness and degrade the pipe's pressure resistance, so the pipe cracks during the service. The pipeline material's toughness is low, and sensitive to the cracks and other defects, which is one of the reason why it cracks.
