摘  要:用ELISA法检测甘露糖结合凝集素(mannose—bindinglectin,MBL)、纤溶酶原激活物抑制物-1(PAI.1)及超敏C反应蛋白(hs—CRP)水平,探讨其与2型糖尿病合并代谢综合征(MS)患者亚临床动脉粥样硬化(As)的关系。亚临床As组hs—CRP升高(P〈0.01),MBL无统计学差异(P〉0.05),PAI-1仅在合并Ms的患者中显著升高(P〈0.01);不考虑亚临床As因素,2型糖尿病合并Ms患者MBL降低,hs—CRP、PAI-1升高(均P〈O.01)。炎症因子MBI,hs—CRP、PAI-1参与了2型糖尿病合并Ms患者亚临床As的发展。ELISA technique was employed to determine the concentration of mannose-binding lectin ( MBL), plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 ( PAI-1 ), and high sensitive-C reactive protein ( hs-CRP), hs-CRP level in patients with subclinical atherosclerosis was significantly higher P〈0. 01 ), MBL level was of no significant difference ( P〉0.05 ) ; PAI-1 was significantly higher ( P〈0.01 ) only in those with metabolic syndrome ( MS ). Taking no account of subclinical atherosclerosis, MBL of diabetic patients with MS was significantly lower while hs-CRP and PAI-1 were significantly higher ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Inflammatory factors MBL, hs-CRP, and PAI-1 involved in the subclinical atherosclerosis development in the type 2 diabetic patients with MS.
