摘　　要：高脂饮食诱导胰岛素抵抗大鼠模型，以姜黄素灌胃干预，行高胰岛素．正葡萄糖钳夹试验评估干预效果。姜黄素能降低血清抵抗素水平及脂肪组织抵抗素mRNA的表达，改善胰岛素抵抗。By feeding rats with high-fat diet insulin resistant models were induced. Some of the models were treated with intragastric administration of curcumin, then the effects were evaluated by hyperinsulinaemic-euglycaemic clamp technique. Curcumin reduced the level of serum resistin and the expression of resistin mRNA in adipose tissue, and thus ameliorated insulin resistance in rats.
