摘 要:目的为研究认知功能障碍发生机制及药物的防治提供一种功能完善、高智能化和自动化的动物认知行为分析方法。方法集成图像分析处理和模式识别等多种技术建立奖励操作条件反射实时测试分析处理系统,系统软件采用Microsoft Visual C#2008.net语言环境开发,利用Wistar大鼠对系统的稳定性和可靠性进行验证。结果本系统能对刺激信号种类、操作方式、奖励物质进行复杂组合,建立分阶段的认知行为检测模式,建立动物对复杂信号的认知行为评价指标体系,动物验证结果显示系统稳定可靠。结论本系统可应用于航天环境下动物兴趣、注意力、反应力、决策力等认知行为的研究。Objective To provide a fully functional, highly intelligcntized and automated animal cognitive be- havior analysis system for investigating the mechanism of cognitive dysfunction and developing effective preven- tive drugs. Methods A reward-directed instrumental learning analysis system was established by integrating various technologies such as image analysis and processing technology, pattern recognition technology etc. The system software was developed under Microsoft Visual C# 2008. net programming language. In addition, the system stability and reliability were verified with Wistar experimental rats. Results Behavioral detecting meth- od with various stages as well as the evaluating parameter system was established via combining different stimu- li signals, operation methods and rewards. The results obtained from animal verification test showed that the system was stable and reliable. Conclusion The system can be used for investigating specific cognitive behav- ior of animal under special space environment such as attention, reactivity and decision making.
