摘　　要：目的探讨臭氧气浴与大自血联合治疗糖尿病足溃疡的临床应用效果与护理配合价值。方法糖尿病足溃疡患者100例根据护理方法不同分为观察组与对照组各50例,两组都给予常规治疗结合臭氧治疗,在此基础上观察组加用积极的护理配合。结果治疗组的总有效率为98.0%,高于对照组的94.0%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组在护理前对糖尿病知识、态度、行为各项得分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后两组上述得分对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论臭氧气浴与大自血联合治疗糖尿病足溃疡有良好的临床效果,而积极的护理干预有利于改善患者的知识水平与行为态度,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical application effect and nursing coordination value of ozone air bath combined with large self-blood in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers. Methods One hundred patients with diabetic foot ulcers were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the nursing method, with 50 patients in each group. Both groups were given conventional therapy combined with ozone therapy, on the basis ofwhich the observation group was given additional positive nursing coordination. Results The total response rate ofthe treatment group was 98.0%,which was higher than the 94.0% of the control group,with no significant differencebetween two groups （P 〉 0.05）. The two groups had no statistically significant differences in the knowledge ofdiabetes,attitude and behavior scores （P 〉 0.05） before the nursing,but had significant differences in the above scoresafter the nursitig（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Ozone air bath combined with large self-blood shows good clinical effect inthe treatment of diabetic foot ulcers,and positive nursing intervention is conducive to improving the patients＇ level ofknowledge, attitude and behavior, thereby worthy of clinical promotion.
