玉丹荣心丸治疗急性病毒性心肌炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察玉丹荣心丸治疗急性病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效。方法选择60例急性病毒性心肌炎患者,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,根据治疗方法分为治疗组和对照组,在常规治疗的基础上,治疗组加用玉丹荣心丸治疗,对两组治疗前后心肌酶谱及心功能的检测结果进行对比。结果两组治疗前后心肌酶谱、左室射血分数及心搏出量均有明显差异(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组对心肌酶谱、左室射血分数及心搏出量改善作用优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗基础上加用玉丹荣心丸治疗急性病毒性心肌炎,疗效确切,有助于提高患者的心功能,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the curative effects of Yudan Rongxin pills in the treatment of acute viral myocarditis. Methods Sixty patients with acute viral myocarditis were selected and their clinical information was analyzed retrospectively. The patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatmentgroup received additional Yudan Rongxin pills treatment on the basis of the routine treatment. The myocardialenzymes and cardiac function of the two groups before and after the treatment were compared. Results For bothgroups, the myocardial enzymes, left ventricular ejection fraction and cardiac output volume after the treatment weresignificantly different from those before the treatment （P 〈 0.05）. After the treatment, the treatment group was betterthan the control group in the improvement of the myocardial enzymes, left ventricular ejection fraction and cardiacoutput volume （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The additional application of Yurong Danxin pills on the basis of the routinetreatment shows accurate curative effects in the treatment of acute viral myocarditis and is conducive to improving thepatients＇ cardiac function, thereby worthy of clinical application.
