后路短节段椎弓根钉内固定术治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨后路短节段椎弓根钉内固定术治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院2007年10月～2012年12月经后路短节段椎弓根钉内固定术治疗的262例胸腰椎骨折患者的临床资料，观察治疗前后神经功能、伤椎楔变指数、后凸Cobb角及椎管内占位情况。结果262例患者经后路短节段椎弓根钉内固定术治疗后，神经功能、椎体高度、Cobb角及椎管内占位情况均较手术前有明显改善，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论后路短节段椎弓根钉内固定术治疗胸腰椎骨折疗效显著，是一种治疗胸腰椎骨折的有效方法。Objeetive To investigate the clinical effect of posterior short-segment pedicle screw internal fixation for thoracolumbar fractures. Methods The clinical data of 262 cases with thoracolumbar fractures underwent posterior short-segment pedicle screw internal fixation in our hospital from October 2007 to December 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. The nerve function,vertebral wedge variable exponent,spinal kyphosis Cobb angle and spinal canal encroachment before and after the treatment were observed. Results Compared with before the surgery,the nerve function, vertebral height,Cobb angle and spinal canal encroachment of 262 patients after posterior short-segment pedicle screw internal fixation had significant improvement,and the differences were statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Posterior short-segment pedicle screw internal fixation for thoracolumhar fractures has significant effect and is an effective treatment way for thoracolumbar＇fractures.
