摘　　要：肿瘤细胞增殖与凋亡之间的平衡,同肿瘤细胞的发生发展及抗肿瘤治疗的疗效有着密切的关系。TNF和SODD为TNF-R1信号传导通路关键环节中同一受体的竞争性配体,在维系增殖与凋亡平衡过程中起着至关重要的作用。There is close relationship between the balance of tumor cell proliferation and apoptosis and the occurrence and develop- ment of tumor cells and anti-tumor therapy efficacy. TNF and SODD are the competitive ligands of the same receptor in the key part of TNF-R1 signal transduction pathway. And they play a vital role in the process of maintaining the balance of proliferation and apoptosis.
